This is a tranquil corner of the village with a parking space and your own private en-suite bathroom. 2 rooms available , very similar, each with their own private shower room. There is a room with your own private bath if you prefer that facility. All rooms immaculate and the household relaxed and a sanctuary. Working from home, if heating on, incurs a small additional fee. There is a quality bed and superior mattress and a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Your own fridge in kitchen and utensils, pans and crockery to share. Plenty of room to store your own if you prefer. Dishwasher and washing machine too.
I am comfortable and experienced sharing my home with pleasant and independent individuals who also seeks quiet down time when away from the world of work or study.
My occupation is in education and I am well travelled and young at heart.
One small well mannered dog in the household.
There are lovely walks and shops and restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
Very pleasant and very safe area.
A reasonable deposit, to secure a room, will be taken off the first month’s rent. Non refundable if you do not move in. Lodging for one month only has a separate fee of £20 per night and a whole month is payable irrespective of your length of stay. There is an assured short hold agreement to sign pre moving in. No minimum stay but see 1 month or less arrangement above. A happy and relaxed household that is calm, clean and pleasant.
