Basic, Clean Double Room and house share

I live by myself in a four-bedroom house with gardens.
I am in the final stages of renovating the property and I currently working on the woodwork e. g. skirting boards and decorating which is reflected in the price.

I work full time so I'll only generally be around in the evenings and at weekends. You will have a sole occupancy double room and shared access to most of my house and gardens. You'll have a key and are free to come and go. I have no problem with you having visitors just be respectful.

Important note...
I do not accept and form of smoking or vaping, any kind of drug-taking unless prescribed by a doctor, heavy drinkers, people who excessively or people who bring drama to my door.

I am easygoing and respectful and I expect the same in return. I am sociable and enjoy cooking so when my workload is low I will offer to cook a shared meal.
