I have a large double bedroom for rent. It is fully furnished. The bathroom is shared with another lodger.

Ideally I am looking for someone who is working or studying who returns to their permanent homes at weekends.

The house is very spacious and looks over green fields. It is situated in the village of Audley, within 5 minutes of the A500 and M6. The village contains shops, restaurants and pubs and is set within lovely countryside.

I have hosted lodgers for 10 years now and it has always been a great experience. We are sociable but also respect everyone's privacy. The safety of everyone is paramount so you must be totally trustworthy.
