The room being offered is large and comfortable containing a double bed, drawers, chairs and a wardrobe.

The house itself is very large, enjoying good views and peace and quiet. The kitchen and bathroom are all modern and there is a further toilet downstairs. Superfast broadband is also included.

There are shops and pubs very close by and the house is close to a bus route and within 3 minutes of the M6. The garden is also lovely and there is on street parking and parking on the drive.

I am often away from home so need someone who is absolutely trustworthy, tidy and considerate. The house in a lovely village with great amenities and near to the main road and rail links. The situation is ideal for anyone working in Crewe, Nantwich, Stoke or even further afield.

It is a modern house with dishwasher, washer/dryer, garage for a bike etc, electric shower (separate bathroom)and wireless. Ideally I would prefer a single professional person. The double room is in a large 4 bedroomed detached so privacy is not a problem.
