Looking for a housemate to live in our family home.
Due to work & personal commitments our family home is only occupied 2-3 days a week.
We have a large kitchen/diner, a cinema room and 4 bedrooms. The bedroom for rent is on the middle floor and out of the way of the rest of the house.
You will have your own bathroom with a shower.
It can be furnished if the tenant desired. No other tenants will live in the house.
We have 2 large TV's downstairs with smart TV, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, full Sky, etc.
It will be a shared well-equipped kitchen which you are obviously welcome to use and share mealtimes with us when we are there.
Large, seperate utlity is downstairs with washer and tumble dryer.
We have a garden and dedicated parking.
We have fast, reliable, full fibre internet.
We are 5 minutes from Trentham Gardens and a 10 minute drive to the M6.
