It is situated in a quiet hamlet with off road parking (1/4 mile off the main road).
The house is 2 miles from M6 J15, great access to A50, A51, A34, 5 miles from Stone, Newcastle under Lyme and close to The Royal Stoke Hospital.
Ideally, I would like a person wanting to stay for their working week. I realise not everyone works Monday to Friday, so it wouldn’t be a problem if it was over a weekend.
There are two, small, well behaved dogs. They live downstairs, with no access to bedrooms!
