We are in a quiet residential area, rear aspect backing onto woodland, on a quiet cul de sac so parking is no problem.
Both rooms same size - 2. 5m wide by 3. 9m
(3. 5 to wardrobes) - so good size.

Room One (taken)- Blue/Cream: has 4' bed (small double), fitted wardrobes with drawers and shelves, and double hanging space, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, TV point, airing unit, linen basket, stool, and shelving unit. Laminate flooring

Room Two (available)- Rust/Cream: Has 4' bed (small double) built in wardrobe with double hanging, and shelving unit, Tall bookshelves and bedside cabinet, tall Chest, small table, stool, TV point, airing unit, Laminate flooring.

You will share shower room with one other.
Large shower, vanity units, cupboards, towel radiator.
I have separate ensuite. There is also a separate downstairs Cloaks WC.

Shared areas inc Lounge with Freeview TV, Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, double oven, hob, large Fridge freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser.
Rear garden overlooking woodlands.
Parking on the cul de sac isn't an issue.

Cleaning fluids etc are also included in bills (not washing powder).

Cost (in advance) including Bills is:-
£350 per cal month if living 7 days wk

I often rent to those coming to work in the area on short term contracts so am willing to offer the following discount:-
£280 per cal month if sleeping 5 nights/wk
( ie Mon-Fri & going home at weekend)

Deposit: = £280 for shorter week and
£350 if 7 day occupant.

The house is ideal for those that like a tranquil setting, would suit Professional working in North Staffordshire or South Cheshire.

We are 3 mins drive and under 15 mins walk from Biddulph Town centre - which has Supermarket, petrol station, shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
We are 5 mins drive from Industrial park on edge of Biddulph and Biddulph Moor for those working for Rapiscan and Cubis

We are 10 mins drive from Congleton railway station and 15 mins from Congleton town itself.
20 mins to Festival park
30 mins to Macclesfield, Sandbach, Newcastle under Lyme and Stoke on Trent.
15 mins to Haywood Hospital.
25 mins from Staffs Uni
40 mins from University Hospital North Staffs.
