The property is three miles from Burton on Trent town centre, with good transport links and off street parking, and is down a long drive in a quiet location with fields and woodlands on three sides. The bedroom is on the first floor with views over the garden and fields, and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bookcase. The ensuite bathroom has a full-sized bath with overhead shower, a washbasin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an Aga cooker, and there is an adjacent laundry room with washing machine. I am a retired professional but am fit and active, I enjoy company but am happy in my own company. I live alone but my daughter and two grandchildren visit during some school holidays, and I sometimes have other family members and friends to stay with me. I am looking for a tenant who is considerate and reasonable, such that any concerns can be raised and resolved amicably.
