Hi, I'm Ali - a 34 year old estate agent and I am letting my spare double bedroom within my 4 bedroom home in Brewood, South Staffordshire.

It is a very comfortable, bay fronted, double bedroom with 2 double wardrobes, a double bed and bedside cabinets as well as a 42 inch TV mounted to the wall with own sky box. The room also comes with sole use it's own shower room.

Within the rest of the house, there is shared use of the lounge, a large kitchen/diner, laundry room and rear garden. There is a space available on the driveway for parking too.

Bills all inclusive within rental amount of £500. One month's deposit required.

I have a 6 year old daughter who lives with me every other week, 7 days at a time. This is the reason for setting to female preferred.
