We’re two friendly women sharing a calm, tidy home with our lovely dogs and one older cat. We’re looking for a pet-friendly, full-time working person to join our household — someone who loves animals as much as we do! ❤️

About the room:
🛏️ Private double room with bed, small wardrobe, table with chair, kettle, and microwave
🚿 Access to bathroom only (no kitchen or living room use)
🔒 Lockable door for your privacy and peace of mind
💡 All bills included
🚗 Free street parking available

What we’re looking for:
✅ Full-time working person (no benefits or housing claims)
✅ Quiet, tidy, and respectful
✅ Non-smoker inside (vaping is fine)
🚫 One person only – no guests or extra tenants
📅 Minimum stay: 6 months (deposit is non-refundable if leaving early)
