The perfect person/ Female , will have a private bathroom with shower, private sitting room and a very large double bedroom, there are 2 double fitted wardrobes in the main room available
The house is situated on St Matthews estate Burntwood
It is near to a bus route, shops and pubs and semi rural
The house would suit a professional female ideally over 30 , I will not consider a couple
I will live on the top floor suite and have the lounge downstairs solely to myself
The newly fitted kitchen will be a shared area
There’s a nice secluded garden and the house isn’t overlooked and has a conservatory .There is private access at the side
The house is beautifully furnished and you would have a very nice warm environment that is very homely.
There are 2 cats live at the property
