Room Avaliable For Letting.Burntwood

Lodger wanted to. share our a home in Burntwood. We are a couple in our 50s and have a spare room to rent. The room is a large double and has furniture provided and you are welcome to use the rest of the house at your leisure. the house is clean and tidy and there is off road parking available for a car

There is a bus stop right outside the house with buses to lichfield and cannock and swan island is a few minutes walk for the shops. The leisure centre is around a 10 minute walk the star pub is about a 5 minute walk too, so the house is well placed for convenience.
There is a washer and dryer to share.

We have a dog and a cat, both are friendly.

I would take a months rent and a deposit upfront to secure the room. I would consider reducing rent for someone who is not here for 7 days a week. Mon-Friday lets are preffered but not essential.
