A wierd offer but 1 bed

I've been ditched on a '3 bed' place and now live here on me ones. Theres way too much space going to waste. I work nights and tbh don't really use much of the house. Nice garden close to buses; person compatability is the most important everything else is negotiable. Don't need to rent out so am gonna be picky sozz
Isn't really decked out as the other person bailed straight away so money that would've gone on furniture went in rent
