We have a number of properties on Shobnall Street, Burton upon Trent. All rooms are double, fully furnished to a very high standard, newly decorated with the majority being en-suite.

The properties are situated just a 15 – 20 minute walk from Centrum 100 with access to; Holland & Barrett, Waterstones, Boots, Hobby Craft & Healthcare at Home. With a 15 minute walk to Queens Hospital, a 20 minute walk to Burton Town Centre and a 10 minute walk to Burton Train Station. The properties are all within a 1-5 minute walk of bus stops with good links. The properties on Shobnall Street are in a great location to the A38 with access to both the North and South dual carriageway.

Each room is furnished with a double bed with a draw at the foot end, a triple wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp. Duvet, pillows and bed linen are also provided for each room. All you need is your toothbrush!

Kitchens are furnished with a 4 hob cooker and oven, fridge freezers, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans and crockery and cutely as well as all cleaning equipment and a dining table and chairs. Kitchens are fitted with individual lockable cupboards for each tenant.
