3 bed house near Burton hospital. Available: En-suite room. Great location-in walking distance from Queens hospital and also close to A38 acsess.

I work abroad and so have a room in the house and stay there on occasion. Clean and tidy. Current tenant is a male- mostly working nights, has two children that on occasion stay at the house.

Gated courtyard with parking space to share with current tenant. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Hallway and downstairs toilet with living room and large kitchen diner with doors out into the enclosed garden. Upstairs has three bedrooms with a family bathroom/ bath and shower, en-suite room has shower/ toilet sink.

My parents are close by if there are any problems/ queries.
