This is a recently refurbished, clean, quiet and respectable house share, a short walk to the train station and Burton town center. We have an open plan kitchen/diner, and a new (separate) living room (which is currently being refurbished but will be finished in January). There is a new large American style fridge freezer, washing machine, super fast broadband, TV in every room, Nest video doorbell, home security system.
About the rooms.
One lovely quiet room opens onto a south facing garden with a covered patio. The room has its own bathroom and kitchenette. There is also an option to use a shared main kitchen.
Another smaller double room with a shared bathroom (with one other girl).
About the people.
I am moving back to Germany early next year. My flatmates (Romanian and Latvian) are super nice, cook great food and like to laugh. We are all busy people and work at different times, but we like to eat something, drink a coffee or a glass of wine together sometimes.
