Double Room to rent shobnall

I have a 2 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac on a new estate in shobnall, Burton on Trent with a 2 car driveway. Downstairs I have a bathroom, kitchen, separate large livingroom with double doors leading to garden. Upstairs I have 2 double rooms (1 which is my room) and a bathroom with bath/shower. No other tenants it's just me lives there So with house being empty most the time I want to rent my other room to a working person.
