Double Room to rent shobnall

I have a 2 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac on a new estate in shobnall, Burton on Trent with a 2 car driveway. Downstairs I have a bathroom, kitchen, separate large livingroom with double doors leading to garden. Upstairs I have 2 double rooms and a bathroom with bath/shower. I currently live in it but I stay at my partner's 3 nights a week. So with house being empty most the time I want to rent my other room to a working person. Short term is fine, no minimum contract. 4 weeks notice when leaving please if possible. Rooms are furnished pics coming soon.
