We have a cozy apartment situated in Burton upon Trent, just a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, offering one double room and one single room for rent. Each room is furnished with a comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe.

The apartment is located above a shop and features a large, well-equipped kitchen and one shared bathroom. There is no living room, but the kitchen provides plenty of space for dining and socializing.

We are looking for tidy, respectful individuals who are either professionals or students. Smoking and pets are not allowed, and we are unable to accommodate couples. Our current tenants enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and appreciate maintaining a peaceful home environment.
