Hi I am 26 and a lorry driver and looking for people to house share with. I am Looking for working professionals preferred and the rooms are single occupancy with no children or pets in the house . Don’t mind the occasional visitor but not all the time or no overnight guests due to respect for other people . There is also cameras in communal area kitchen front door etc . I ask if you smoke to please do so outside .
The house is situated on a brand new estate walking distance to the town centre, train station and close to the hospital . Looking for tidy relaxed quiet people .

single room £570 pcm

Downstairs Consists of brand new kitchen, oven, toaster, kettle, air fryer, microwave, media wall with a tv and seating area. There is also a separate utility with a washing machine and rails for drying, hoover and mop etc. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The price will include all bills in rent price.
