Hi I am 26 and a lorry driver and looking for people to house share with. I am Looking for working professionals only and the rooms are single occupancy with no overnight visitors and also no children, pets or smokers due to privacy and respect to other people in the house.

The house is situated on a brand new estate walking distance to the town centre, train station and close to the hospital . Looking for tidy relaxed quiet people .

I have 3 rooms available

Large room with private en-suite located on the top floor . £800 pcm

The Larger of the single rooms £600 pcm

The Smaller of the single room with built in wardrobe £550 a month

The 2 single rooms are on the same floor along with a shared bathroom for this floor.

Downstairs Consists of brand new kitchen, oven, toaster, kettle, air fryer, microwave, medial wall with a tv and seating area. There is also a separate utility with a washing machine and rails for drying hoover and mop etc. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The house has lots of storage and big garden. There will be cameras in the communal areas for health and safety reasons. There are 2 allocated car spaces. House is located on a quiet new build neighbourhood .
The price will include all bills in rent price.
