This is a fully professional house share within 7 minutes walking distance to the QUEENS BURTON HOSPITAL - THIS HOUSE SUITS HOSPITAL PERSONNEL due to its location and other house mates working on shifts where everyone is mindful of having a quiet environment at all times due to daytime sleeping as well as night.

Close by you have a DR's surgery, Opticians, pharmacy - all on Carlton Street. Round the corner within a 2-minute walk you have a Premier Food store and another Pharmacy. Within 5 minutes’ walk there is a larger food store 'The Co-op' and cash point machine. Also close by are many other places to get hot food takeaway, Greggs, Chinese and a Fish and Chip Shop all within walking distance.

Your Room has just been redecorated and carpeted and is fully furnished with small double bed, bedside table and lamp, microwave, kettle, toaster. There is a desk and chair for working. Smart TV. You have your own fridge freezer in your room and cupboard space in the main kitchen.

Access is via your own external door at the rear of the property, you then have an internal lockable door from your room to the kitchen and your very own ensuite with toilet, shower and small sink is within your room.

The Kitchen has all the means of cooking including a new air fryer. You have a washing machine and separate dryer. In the summer months there will be a clothes airer for outdoor drying.

Outside there is a yard which will have some artificial grass and in the summer chairs shall be available for you to relax outside.

For drivers there is on the street parking, it is free and not double lined.

There is a bi-weekly cleaner who will clean the communal areas more thoroughly but you will be expected, as all the house mates are and do, to clear up after yourself after cooking so the kitchen is always ready for use.
