I have a 4-storey refurbished house within walking distance of Burton town centre overlooking fields and in a quiet area. Broadband is available through another tenant for a small fee' to contribute to the cost Double bed , drawers and tv point are provided.
I am looking for a tenant that is in full time employment clean, tidy and respectful to others as this is a house share with laundry room ,communal lounge, dining room and kitchen.
There is a bathroom with shower over and a separate shower room. there is also a wc on the ground floor.
All bills included.
