About the house ...

This is a recently refurbished, clean and respectful house share, a short walk from the train station and Burton town centre

We have a large open plan fully equipped kitchen diner with an American size fridge freezer, dining table, and sitting area. As well as for cooking this room tends to be the social hub of the house but if you want a quiet space we also have a separate living room. So there's plenty of space to socialise or relax.

There's also a south facing garden with a covered patio area and BBQ. So great for summer days and rainy nights.

About the room ...
A furnished double room (£450) The room shares a bathroom (1 other). If you want more space you can rent the adjacent study / dressing room for £50 per month. If you are looking for a room with a private bathroom I also have one (available from March 1st)

We have off-road parking (driveway) for 2 cars. One space is currently available.

About the people ...

This is not a party house. We are very busy people but we like to cook, we like to chat and we like to laugh. Occasionally we eat, drink or go out together. Two of our flatmates have bought their own place hence the available rooms ...

Vivien - tall, quite sporty. Cycles around a lot and plays tennis. She is super quiet. Works on weekday afternoons from 2pm until 10pm. Is usually around at the weekends. Lives on the ground floor. Has her own kitchenette and fridge but sometimes uses the upstairs kitchen.

Stephen - short 🙂 also quite sporty. I travel a lot. I live here for three months in winter and I'm only around for a few days a month in summer. I also have a flat in Berlin (but speak very bad German)

Yavnica - new housemate just arrived! Works Monday to Friday daytime. Also super quiet. Not around much at the weekends.
