This is a clean, friendly and respectful house share, a short walk from the train station and Burton town centre. The house has more of a homely feel to it than four strangers living together.

We have a large open plan fully equipped kitchen diner with an American size fridge freezer, dining table, and sitting area. As well as for cooking this room tends to be the social hub of the house but if you want a quiet space we also have a separate living room. So there's plenty of space to socialise or relax.

The room opens onto a south facing garden with a covered patio area, and has it's own private bathroom and kitchenette. You also have access to the main kitchen. Wall mounted TV and new mattress (very comfortable). There is also a lounge on the ground floor.

I can also offer a cheaper double room with a shared bathroom (with 1 other person).

We have shared off-road parking (driveway) for 2 cars. There is more free parking on the street.

About the people ...

This is a new house share so we are still getting to know each other. This is not a party house. We are all busy people but like to chat, laugh, occasionally eat or drink something together, and get some sleep ... I also have a home in Berlin (but speak very bad German). I live in Burton for three months in winter and I am around for a few days a month in summer.
