About the house ...

This is a recently refurbished, respectful and freindly house share a short walk from the train station and Burton town centre

We have an open plan fully equipped kitchen diner with a large American size fridge / freezer (which was delivered through a juliet balcony with a crane!), dining area, and sitting area. As well as for cooking this room tends to be the social hub of the house but if you want a quiet space we also have a separate living room. So there's plenty of space to socialise or relax.

There's also a south facing garden with a covered patio area and BBQ. So great for summer days and rainy nights.

About the rooms ...

There's one furnished double ensuite room with built in wardrobes. Top floor. Best room in the house in my opinion.

Another double room currently shares a bathroom (with 1 other).
With this room there is an option to rent an additional study / dressing room.

Theres some free parking on the roadside but we also have off-road parking (driveway) for 2 cars.

About the people ...

This is not a party house.
We are very busy people but we like to cook, we like to chat and we like to laugh. Occasionally we eat, drink or go out together. Two of our flatmates have bought their own place hence the available rooms ...

Vivien (Hungarian, speaks very good English) lives on the ground floor. She is super quiet. Works weekday afternoons from 2 until 10pm. Is usually around at the weekends. Tall, quite sporty. Cycles around a lot and plays tennis. Sometimes uses the first floor kitchen but her roo has its own kitchenette and fridge.

Stephen - thats me! I'm here for 3 months in winter and a few days a month in summer. I also have a flat in Berlin (but speak very bad German). I travel a lot! Short, also quite sporty.
