Outside there is a very large grassed garden and a patio for relaxing in, in the spring months, chairs and a clothes airer for outdoor drying will be available to you.

Close by you have a DR's surgery, Opticians, pharmacy - all on Carlton Street. A Premier Food store and another Pharmacy a 2 minute walk on Calais Road. Within 5 minutes’ walk there is a larger food store 'The Co-op' and cash point machine. Also close by are many other places to get hot food takeaway, Greggs, Chinese and a Fish and Chip Shop all within walking distance.
For drivers there is on the street parking, it is free and not double lined.

There is a bi-weekly cleaner who will clean the communal of the downstairs kitchen, hallway, stairs and landing.
