The Co-op supermarket, fish and chip shop, Pizza shop and post office are a similar distance. Within a five minute walk there is a doctors surgery and a good selection of other shops sand pubs. The riverside gardens and walks are also in this area. The town centre is around 15 minutes walk away. The existing tenants have been at the house for between 1 and 12 years. They work a variety of shifts so the house is a very quiet place.
