Modern house share

Modern houseshare with front and large back garden. Downstairs W. C.

Fitted wardrobes in ensuite room.

A holding deposit of £25 will be taken after agreeing to take room. I have been let down by potential tenants so I would like genuine enquiries only.

Drive for 4 cars ATM however will be extending the drive so more cars can be parked.
On road parking available too in front of the house.

I would like to let all house sharers know that I will only allow clean, quiet and tidy individuals.

A regular cleaner will clean communal areas.

As this is a House share I will not tolerate unacceptable behaviour therefore will remove such individuals as per house share contract.
Smoking allowed outside only!
Pets allowed only with prior permission of landlady. Already have a tenant with a cat.

BTW it's a lovely area close to McArthur Glen Designer Retail Park.
