2 bed house share in cannock

Due to relationship breakdown im now on my own and in need of a house share. I've got a nice 2 bed house in cannock near the town and bus stop opposite. Very quiet road. Huge back garden. Upstairs bathroom with toilet and shower. I also have a downstairs toilet too. Spacious kitchen and living room.

I have 3 house cats that love a fuss so keep that in mind. I dont smoke but dont mind you smoking as long as you do it out side. Strictly no drugs.

Laid back tidy person and always willing to help. The bedroom for rent is a decent size. Un furnished so you can make the the room your own as you like. There is parking ( can park on path ) out side the house or on front garden. I have a shared drive with next door.

Both sets of neighbours are quiet. My house is a semi so only joined to 1 house. I live right by herons food, coop and other shops and a chippy.

House has everything you need. Washer, dryer, fridge freezer with a second freezer, cooker and have Internet/WiFi the 550pm includes use of all these aswell as the tv license, water rates, gas and electricity and council tax. All you have to get if your own food and toiletries.
