The successful tenant can move in straight away into a warm, comfortable, clean, light double room in a 2 bedroom semi-detached house of a quiet area of Rawnsley, 5 mins from Cannock town centre, bus and train station and within easy reach of M6 motorway, A38 and A5. The room includes double bed (clean linen included if required), wardrobe, chest of drawers and small table. Tenant would have shared use of living room, kitchen (including cooker, washing machine, microwave, iron etc) and bathroom.

The house includes wireless broadband, along with full alarm system, gch and access to the garden/patio. The rent figure includes all bills except telephone. Food not included. There is room on the drive for extra parking.

I am a professional female, easy going, friendly, into gigs, biking and crafts and have 2 clean, friendly cats. The tenant would be able to chill out in lounge, watch TV and unwind etc. I would like someone friendly, solvent, clean and tidy, laid back, who doesn't have pets and has no problem renting to a female. I am ideally looking for someone to have the room for at least 3 months or longer. The room is advertised for 1 adult person only. Sorry NO DSS, couples or smokers.
