Recently Renovated Double

I have just finished renovating the kitchen and dining room and put in a downstairs toilet. There is also access to bathroom, kitchen and living areas. The house is a short walk from the train station and the town centre. Parking available at the front of the property.
I work full time and have a long commute so I am usually out during the week. I would like a room mate who is a professional like me and someone whom I can get along with :)
