Double room available in large detached home in a lovely village setting. The room has been recently decorated and is fully furnished. The furniture is quite new and is in excellent condition.

The house is located in the village of Clifton Campville, which is in a rural setting but is just 4 miles from the M42 and 5 miles from Tamworth.

There are two lounges, each has a large HD TV. One lounge has the full SKY HD+ package (Sky Movies, Sky Sports & BT Sport channels) plus surround sound system. The other has Freesat. Superfast WiFi is freely available throughout the property.

The fully equipped kitchen is large, modern and has plenty of storage space. Cooking utensils, pots & pans, crockery, etc. are provided and appliances include dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

A separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble drier and yet more storage.

The bedroom is bright and modern and has lots of wardrobe and drawer storage. The furniture comprises triple width wardrobe with integral drawers and full height mirror, 5 drawer chest, desk with stool, two bedside cabinets.

The room looks over the enclosed south facing rear garden and offers peace and quiet. Two sets of bed linen and towels are provided. There are several power sockets, a dual satellite TV point and the room benefits from good WiFi signal.

The other tenant is a young motorsport professional. I'm a live-in landlord but I have an en-suite which means only you and the other tenant share the main bathroom.

Tenants will be free to use the home gym facility, which will include a high-specification treadmill and an exercise bike but please note that these are not currently accessible due to the gym room being redecorated. That project will be complete in the coming weeks

Ample off-road parking is available.

The village setting is quiet and private but, for added security, a high-quality CCTV system is installed, as is a burglar alarm.
