This is a small private lodge with courtyard garden separate from where we live ,own kitchen& bathroom parking available. fully furnished. Very quiet area down private lane so tenant would have to respect that. Laundry service available also. would suit single/ couple who work or study or are temporarily in the area. We live in the main house up the other end of the garden so you would be seperate& private from us.
Ideal location for commuting from stafford/ rugely train stations or M6 by car to Birmingham/London.
Village has 2 pubs and Indian and marstons pub & petrol station a short distance away.. Tesco/ morrisons& fast food outlets approx 3miles away in rugeley town.
In the heart of Cannock chase with canal/ river Trent/ shrugborough estate all near by.
Accomodation is open plan, and a new build. Run off electric. Is equipped with induction hob ( no oven) microwave & toaster&air fryer . Modern spacious shower room&We would ideally like someone who is happy to rent on a 2 monthly basis with review to extend in agreement on both sides eg owner and tenant or use it as temporary accomodation on a weekly basis.
