Looking for a lodger who has a car for transport and likes living in a rural location with beautiful countryside views. The cottage is co-located at a boarding kennels and cattery so during the day there are customers arriving with pets.
Applicant must love animals as there is 1 dog and a cat living in the property. There is scope to keep your own pet here in the owners private kennels. For an extra charge, daily dog care for your pet can be arranged.
Facilities:
Own double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers provided and mostly own bathroom ( occasional use by kennel manageress). Own sitting room, with log burner, TV point , mini kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and food storage. For cooking facilities there is a shared kitchen and also shared laundry facilities in separate utility room.
Beautiful rural location with stunning views.
Looking for professional or student to share with landlady who is not expecting to have friends to stay here too. Very comfortable homely environment and a very friendly landlady.
