I have a freshly painted spacious double room for rent in a lovely three bed house set on three stories. The house has a lounge and separate dining room, kitchen/laundry room, large upstairs bathroom which includes shower and separate bath amenities. The house also offers a decking and garden area all for your use. The house is walking distance to Tamworth centre and public transport.
No driveway, parking is on quiet road.

The room itself already has built-in wardrobes and a chest-of-drawers, all that needs to be brought is a bed. The colour of the room will be white by the time the room is being lived-in.

I also have 2 house cats who are both friendly. I am looking to adopt a dog soon, she will be very well-trained and well-behaved!

I am a professional who works part-time.. I am friendly, kind of outgoing but kind of not, and clean.
