Plenty of storage to include cupboards, shelves, drawers and a built-in wardrobe area. With a wired smoke detector, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit, we are a safety-first building which means no smoking, vaping or real candles inside the house.

Quiet, easy on street parking is just metres from your door. The bus stop is directly outside the building taking non-drivers directly to Stafford town centre, or to the market town of Newport and Telford.

Within the village there are clubs, activities, shops, barbers, hairdressers and beauticians, a Post Office, small country pubs and a sports bar, plus restaurants and take-aways. The canal and signed country walks are literally on your doorstep.

We are looking for a quiet, responsible, non-smoker who wants peace within a self contained space. If you are looking to be loud within a busy house-share, this is not for you.

Ideally, we are looking for a long-term arrangement, and for the right person this could become a very comfortable place to live.

The monthly rent of £599.00 (£138.23 per week) includes all bills and broadband.

This studio would be perfect for a single professional, someone who is retired, a mature student or someone working away from home. This is a safe and respectful environment for a single person keen to live an all-inclusive lifestyle.

Whilst the parking is easy and close by, we prefer not to introduce large vans or commercial vehicles to what is a quiet residential area, thank you.
