A comfortable, newly refurbished studio style room is now available. The centrally heated, double glazed room has exclusive use of a newly refurbished kitchen area and shower en-suite. Fully furnished and equipped, and with own front entrance door.

All bills are included, including internet. Also included is one professional laundry service wash per week, this is done on as a ‘drop and collect’, can be same day or overnight by arrangement and on account at the village launderette.

With all the comforts of home, the brand-new single bed has a top-quality memory foam mattress. Easy chair, TV with Fire TV access, and breakfast bar. Fully equipped. Plenty of storage.

Easy on street parking.

The bus stop could not be closer taking non-drivers to Stafford and Newport/Telford. Within the village there are shops, barbers, hairdressers and beauticians, a Post Office and plenty of pubs, restaurants and take-aways. The canal and country walks are a stone’s throw from your own front door.

We are looking for a quiet, responsible, non-smoker who wants peace and personal privacy, as the set up for the room within this family house would mean you will have the feel of a totally separate space. If you are looking to be loud within a busy house-share, this is not for you.
