Quiet, easy on street parking is just metres from your door. The bus stop could not be closer taking non-drivers towards Stafford or Newport/Telford.

Within the village there are clubs, activities, shops, barbers, hairdressers and beauticians, a Post Office and plenty of pubs, restaurants and take-aways. The canal and country walks are a stone’s throw away.

We are looking for a quiet, responsible, non-smoker who wants peace and personal privacy, as the arrangement of this studio within the larger house would mean you will have the feel of a totally separate space. If you are looking to be loud within a busy house-share, this is not for you.

Ideally, we are looking for a long-term arrangement, with a minimum of 3 months, and for the right person this could become a very comfortable and happy place to live.

The monthly rent of £650.00 (£150.00 per week) includes all bills and broadband.
