2 rooms to let in lovely house in Hanley

I’m a doctor (GP registrar) working in Stoke. My family own the house and only I live it in. I live in Manchester most of the week (only staying in this house 1-2 nights a week) so the 2 new flatmates will have the house to themselves the majority of the time.

I am looking for 2 other female professionals to move in. I’ve lived in this house for 3 years now and have made it a lovely home- very different vibes to many of the professional lets available in the area.

There are 2 rooms on offer:
- Bedroom 1 (£650 including bills) the largest room and has an ensuite. Comes with triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed frame, mattress and bedside table. Ensuite has a shower, toilet and sink.
- Bedroom 2 (£550 including bills): double bed frame, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. You will also have use of the main bathroom (see pic) to yourself for the majority of the week.

The house comes with everything you could need included: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 2 ovens, microwave, kettle, utensils, pans, cutlery, iron, ironing board and flat screen smart TV. There is also a cleaner that comes for 2 hours every 3rd Friday. There are 3 bathrooms in the property (the main bathroom upstairs, a visitors bathroom downstairs and the ensuite).

There is car parking available at the front of the house plus free on street parking where there are always spaces available. There is a large patio at the front of the house and a garden round the back that gets the sun.

New boiler fitted 2 years ago.

When I am at the house I will be staying in the third, smaller bedroom upstairs (no pic of this room included).

I’d really like to get 2 similar female professions living in the property and make it into a brill home. No couples. 12 month contract, available to move in from mid July 2024 onwards.
