Hello, I am in discussion with the current landlord of this property and require a second female tenant to rent with myself. We’d both be paying £700 a month, living space is shared. One room has an en-suite and the other has its separate bathroom.
I have 2 cats who will be staying in the property with me, they tend to be well behaved and generally friendly once they’re more comfortable.
