2 Large Rooms to Let

I have 2 large fully furnished rooms to let in a newly renovated house. This is a 3 bed house with the two vacant rooms upstairs, and I live in the room downstairs. There is a fully fitted kitchen with two fridges, a washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, all newly put in. There is a large shared sitting with large wall mounted tv. All bedrooms come with their own TV, and plenty of storage. I work abroad for long periods so am not here the whole year, so am looking for 2 housemates who will be neat and tidy and treat my home as their home. I will arrange a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and the rent includes all bills.
