This is a three bedroom house with two bedrooms upstairs (taken), and one bedroom on the ground floor (available). The house is newly refurbished, and there is a shared kitchen, bathroom and sitting room all on the ground floor. It’s a quiet household as both housemates (1 female & 1 male) are working, and there is a weekly cleaner provided for the common areas. All rooms have a TV, and door lock, and each housemate has their own under-counter fridge with small freezer, and all bills are included.
