This flat is situated above a detached garage in the lovely, peaceful village of Hilderstone. It is self contained, so you won’t be sharing with anyone else.
The flat consists of a fully furnished bedroom and en-suite. Included in price is: three quarter bed, TV and DVD player, under floor heating, WI-Fi, large fridge, microwave, kitchenware, toaster, clothes hanger, and absolutely loads of storage cupboards running down both sides of the room. En-suite has toilet and basin with hot water. There is plenty of room for off road parking in front and at the side of the garage.
I am looking for a professional person who needs a flat but is able to shower elsewhere - perhaps at a gym they are a member of, or at their place of work? The flat is situated in a very quiet cul de sac with countryside views. There is also table and chairs next to a pond in the front garden you are welcome to make use of.
The flat is available on a short term basis - will take bookings of a month at a time, no deposit needed, just pay a month in advance, and if we both want to extend at the end of the month, just pay another month. All bills included in price. Also happy to let out on stays as short as just one night
