This flat is situated above a detached garage in the lovely, peaceful village of Hilderstone. It is self contained, so you won’t be sharing with anyone else.
The flat consists of a fully furnished bedroom and en-suite. Included in price is: three quarter bed, 58” TV, DVD player, under floor heating, WI-Fi, large fridge, microwave, kitchenware, toaster, clothes hanger, and absolutely loads of storage cupboards running down both sides of the room. En-suite has toilet and basin with hot water. You will have your own allocated parking space on the driveway at the side of the garage.
I am looking for a professional person who needs a flat but is able to shower elsewhere - perhaps at a gym they are a member of, or at their place of work? The flat is situated in a very quiet cul de sac with countryside views. There is also table and chairs next to a pond in the front garden you are welcome to make use of.
The flat is available on a month by month basis, which could turn into a long term let if suitable to both parties. No deposit required, just pay a month in advance. All bills included in price. Also happy to let out on stays of shorter periods.
