The annex is located adjacent to our house but has its own parking, private entranceway, open plan living room/kitchen area, double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also good storage space plus a garden area behind the annex. Own car essential. The rent is £750 per month but includes all bills plus WiFi and TV package.
