I have a large five-bed, detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac just 15 minutes drive from Stafford or Uttoxeter and ten minutes from Rugeley.
The room is very large (15'6"x14'), centrally heated and beautifully furnished, with a luxury en-suite bath/shower room. It has a kettle, microwave, crockery, built-in wardrobes, chairs and a drop-leaf table. Use of the kitchen is an option if required. There is unlimited super-fast broadband available. The room is cleaned and towels are changed weekly, bedding is changed fortnightly. I am a live-in landlady with one other professional Monday to Friday guest.
I'm looking for a quiet professional or mature student who is a non-smoker. Please note this is a Monday to Friday let only and cannot be your private address. This is not a house share. The rent is payable monthly in advance and the minimum let is two months.
