Looking for a professional individual who is tidy and trustworthy where there will be a mutual respect. As a lodger you would have shared access to the living room and kitchen area with a dishwasher, washing machine, frigde and cooker. You would have your own double bedroom including a double bed, chest of drawers, tall boy, wardrobe and bedside. You will have a private bathroom (not ensuite). The house is in a quiet, newly built area. You must be a dog lover! Facilities include Sky and internet access.
