Small double room available!

I have a small double room available in a 3 bed student house. The room comes with a small double bed, underbed storage, a wall mounted TV, drawers, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. It is £90 a week, all bills and WiFi included.

The house is a 5 minute drive, 10 minute bus journey or 30 minute walk from Keele University campus.

The house is pet friendly and there are currently 2 rabbits living in an enclosed pen.

Both current tenants are friendly, clean and 4th year students so know the area well.

The contract is until the 30th of June but a shorter contract can be negotiated if necessary.
