I have a double room which will be available from beginning of May.

A great location. Close to shops, train station, main bus route, local beauty spot and good connection to Motorways.

This would be ideal for professional/students looking for temporary accommodation.

A fantastic opportunity. Female preferred. I have another lodger who is female and she would prefer if the new lodger was female too. I only visit the property occasionally to make sure the house is ok and maintained.

The room is very spacious, partially furnished with Interent access.

I have rented the room in the past and all tenants have been very happy with the accomodation.
