I have a room available to rent it is furnished. The house is in a lovely area, close to shops, bus routes and local walks. There is one bathroom with bath and shower, one kitchen including washer and dishwasher, one living room, parking across the road, internet access, sky tv and a garden.

I have a small dog who is very lovable and friendly, so please do not apply if you don't like dogs. I don't mind a male or female renting the room. My house is clean, tidy and comfortable.
