About me: I’m Cat, and this is my little doggie Moira. Recently moved to Leek, originally my from California, I work in Social Media & Communications. I enjoy baking, a nice glass of wine and walks in the Peak District.  I keep a tidy house, and work Monday - Friday.  I tend to stay at my boyfriends’s house part of the week, and he stays sometimes, so you will have the place to yourself a few nights a week, but there will be another person around regularly. He also has a very very sweet and loving dog named Koko. I’m chatty and friendly, but also appreciate the need for personal space.

About The House: Shared lounge, kitchen & bathroom. Plus garden (patio). Triple glazing, so nice and cosy.  Top floor double bedroom, comes with a big wardrobe and space for a small desk or chair. South facing window with views over the garden. The top floor consists of 2 rooms, the double bedroom & a small single room. I’m happy to have shared use of the single room as a guest room, or it can be exclusively yours for an additional £150 per month. Meaning you would have the entire 3rd floor.  The lounge has a fireplace (not functional at present, but I’m hoping to change that at some point) and a 40 inch TV. The kitchen has a good size fridge/Freezer and a washing machine (not a dryer).

The Location: round the corner from Spout and the market square. Or 12 minute walk from Brough Park. Morrisons is a 2 minute drive (10 minute walk) away, and a variety of pubs within a 5 minute stroll. Parking is not included, but there is street parking nearby.

Pets: I have little Moira (see pics) she is very loving and a big character once she gets to know you, but she is not good with people she doesn’t know.
If you want to have a small or medium size pet, we will need to do an introduction of the animals to ensure that they get along.
