Room for Rent

I'm Alex (male), I'm 44 and I have a room to rent. I work for the Co-operative Bank and work between Manchester and Leek, including the odd day from home.

As well as working long hours I also have a hectic social life, which means I'm not around very much. It's a double room with a King Size bed and a wardrobe. The room has recently been re-carpeted.

The apartment comes complete with WIFI and access to Sky Q if required. All appliances and kitchen utensils are available to use.

I'm looking for clean and tidy professional male or female to share with.

I have a young son, who stays over 1 or 2 times a month. Normally at a weekend.
