Double Room Only To Rent

Hi i live alone at the moment and have a spare room that i may consider renting out.... I am a very private person and wont interfere in your lifestyle. The let is room only but obviously access to bathroom, kitchen etc. this will include all bills (except shopping) wifi is also included.
I work days and nights alternate wks!!
I have a couple of pedigree cats (fusspots)
£85 per wk preferably paid weekly
The room currently has a single bed, wardrobe and drawers. But could fit a double in easy
