There is a large double bedroom, with a new en-suite, and fitted wardrobes. I can provide all the bedding and towels if you need, or you are welcome to bring your own.
There is a small kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven and gas hob. It's a really warm place, with friendly neighbours.
You would also have full use of the lounge and dining area, and also the allocated parking space.
About me: I'm 35, recently moved to the area, and a professional sailor. I'm new to the flat too, but have rented out my previous spare rooms for over 10 years.
I am away a lot for work (not a lot of sea in Lichfield!!) and so I am looking for a mature and responsible flatmate who won't annoy the neighbours while I'm away! :)
