Comfortable Single Room

I have a spare single room with a sizeable work station, in my quiet comfortable clean home close to Lichfield City/Train/Bus station which would ideally suit someone (preferably female) who just needs a base during the week.

Sole use of the bathroom adjacent to the bedroom and full use of kitchen facilities if required.

Some weekend occupation would be considered.
