Description
This is a fully furnished centrally heated double room in a period farmhouse full of old charm, beamed ceilings and an open fire. The views from all windows are of beautiful green belt, no neighbours but the flatmate will need their own transport. If you like a quiet peaceful place to relax from the daily grind you will find it here.
We are a married couple, I am English and my wife Hungarian but has lived here for 13 years, and we share our house with a border collie dog. The person who lives with us at the moment has been here for a year. My wife is a chef and I am a retired engineer/ expeditor for a large industrial machine manufacturer.
Your room will have a double bed with a wardrobe and a dressing table / chest of drawers. There is also a TV DVD connected to Freesat. You will share a toilet with bath, living room with TV and log fire, a large farmhouse kitchen with separate pantry / laundry, another WC, and a shower room.
Unlimited Broadband and WIFI are available throughout the house.
We are willing to consider anyone but would prefer someone with references, and if we all get along after the meeting, we will request a credit check on Noddle and 1 month deposit.
Couples are welcome for £50 extra to cover my extra utility payments.
We are an easy going gregarious couple and are happy for you to be as private or as sociable as you wish.
